Offering Description

The 84 class is an extended practice designed to teach the full set of Ghosh Lineage poses, offered as a 2-hour session. Taught by Jordan Lydia, the class is structured for all levels, allowing participants to progress at their own pace. Jordan incorporates therapeutic techniques, with a strong emphasis on precision and attention to detail, ensuring each student practices safely and effectively. While participants may be at different levels, Jordan’s expertise allows her to assist them in overcoming their limitations, helping them free themselves from physical or mental barriers. She sets her students up for success, rather than struggle. Jordan Lydia is a hree-time silver medalist (2022, 2024, 2025) in the USA and bronze medalist in the 2025 World Yoga Asana Championships in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. She has devoted 14 years to the 84 Series, including 9 years as a teacher. She created her practice from scratch and will help you create yours too.
