“Peace of the Divine Swan” Yoga Nidra was inspired by Paramahansa Yogananada – "Paramahansa" meaning the “Divine Swan”. Jordan Lydia channeled this Yoga Nidra on March 13, 2020.
This was the last Yoga Nidra, Jordan Lydia led in person, prior to the “The Great Pause” or the lockdowns.
During the “Great Pause” her friend in Sweden, Irene, used to whisper to the Swans in Sweden and send them to Jordan Lydia in America.
While Jordan Lydia was sitting on the lake’s edge she experienced the full materialization of this meditative visualization. The lake close to her home previously never had swans, however, on a cold winter morning in the winter of 2020, miraculously a beautiful Swan appeared in the illuminated sunlight crossing before her eyes, exactly, as she had imagined and described, herein. Let the Swans Come to You! Miracles are made in your mind!
